*Rates are based on 4-person occupancy. (Maximum 6)
*January 1 - December 31 (1 Week Minimum)
*Charge of $75.00/week for each additional person.
*Full refund of deposits are made for cancellations which occur 60 days
prior to arrival, the cancellation has to be in writing. Specific unit space
cannot always be guaranteed. Management reserves the right to assign
comparable units if necessary.
*Sorry, no pets, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles, utility or commercial
trucks, recreational vehicles or boats.
*Only one (1) vehicle per unit allowed during peak seasons
*Special arrangements provided for weekend and late arrivals.
*CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M.--CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
